Sales Reps – Coffee Machines

Introduction

Our company in the coffee service industry providing a beverage solution to clients, is looking for Sales Representatives with B2B sales experience


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Valid license and own transport.
  • Must understand the culture and Cape Town environment. This includes the coffee industry and approaching corporate clients.
  • Proven track record in sales (can give examples and references as proof)
  • Attention to detail, persistent, go-getter.
  • Fluent in English, Afrikaans would be beneficial.
  • Candidates must realise that the company does not give them leads to follow up and contact, the candidates must find their own leads and build a pipeline.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric/Snr Certificate
  • 3-4 years exp in dealing with SME and corporates. 5+ years overall experience.
  • Proven record in sales (new and existing clients)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Driven, takes initiative and a self-starter.
  • Cold calling, generate own leads and close deals
  • Existing client base (advantageous)/ Contacts that could be converted to clients/sales.
  • Valid license and reliable transport
  • Be able to work under pressure and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Organisational Skills/Regional Management:
  • Strong admin skills.
  • Can take the lead and offer guidance.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure others meet their deadlines.
  • Inspire and motivate colleagues in the branch.
  • Proven record in leadership roles.

Package & Remuneration

R16000 basic. There is a “booster” during the first 3 months. They will also receive a petrol allowance once they achieve a certain sales target.
