Branch Manager – Welding and Gas

JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT:

We are urgently looking for a Branch Manager for our Rustenburg Branch, who will be:

• Directing all operational aspects including Sales targets, Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer
  service, Human Resources administration
• Skills Development – Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel through HR.
• Accounting duties – Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tipline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum Qualification: Matric
Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years industry experience
Other:

• Good English, written and spoken
• Minimum 8 years Sales Rep experience in Welding and Gas Supplier industry
• Skilled in coordinating, telesales, admin
• Candidate current work location should be Rustenburg or surrounding arears
• Trustworthy
• Candidate must be very organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to perform duties and deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
• Candidate must be friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers and general public
• Ability to exercise good judgement in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information

SALARY

R40 000 – R60 000 based on experience and qualifications
