Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects within scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP or Prince2 certification (advantageous).
